1. These terms govern your data protection and privacy arising from the use of software services from www.rms.digital (hereinafter referred as we, our, √RMS or similar pronoun) websites, software apps and services (Services).

2. We do not generally use or otherwise deal with personal data. In exceptional cases where the Company uses or deals with personal data, it only uses or deals with personal data which is provided voluntarily and obtained in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Non-personal data is used by the Company to enable the Company to better meet your needs, through the supply of appropriate or tailored content.

4. Cookies are data stored on a user’s hard drive that contain information such as pages used or sites visited. We may use cookies for: Obtaining aggregated and cumulative information; Ensuring the appropriate click through; Measuring and tracking consumer preferences; and Behavioural profiling. We do not use cookies to obtain personal data. We use cookies only where required to provide services to you, to carry out the activities described in the previous clause.

5. Personal data provided for account access is processed fairly and lawfully and for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes. Your personal data is effectively anonymised so that it is no longer personal data and thus excluded from the strict requirements of the PDPA. Data controllers in our services ensure that anonymised data when combined with other information would not result in a disclosure of personal data. We retain personal data collected (in accordance with the previous clauses) only for as long it is necessary to fulfil the specific purpose that has been consented to, or as required by law.
